Grilled fish with olive oil & tomato sauce

Materials you will need:

  • 4-5 slices of fish (Sybaritic or grouper)
  • Two medium sized ripe chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 quart. Soup Parsley finely chopped
  • Fresh juice of a lemon
  • A little salt
  • A little pepper

 
Execution

  1. Wash, salt and grill 4-5 slices of fish – preferably sea bream or grouper – in the grill or on the grill.
  2. In a bowl, combine two medium ripe chopped tomatoes, a cup of extra virgin olive oil, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, the juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper.
  3. Serve the fish hot, after pouring the tomato and olive oil sauce over it.
