Materials you will need:
- 4-5 slices of fish (Sybaritic or grouper)
- Two medium sized ripe chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 quart. Soup Parsley finely chopped
- Fresh juice of a lemon
- A little salt
- A little pepper
Execution
- Wash, salt and grill 4-5 slices of fish – preferably sea bream or grouper – in the grill or on the grill.
- In a bowl, combine two medium ripe chopped tomatoes, a cup of extra virgin olive oil, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, the juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper.
- Serve the fish hot, after pouring the tomato and olive oil sauce over it.
